This is a new twist on the versatile Chewy Chocolate Cookie.
1 ¼ cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp orange baking emulsion (this is more intense than extract)
2 cups flour
¾ cup cocoa
1 tsp instant espresso powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, emulsion, and vanilla. Add salt, soda, espresso powder and cocoa. Mix well.
Add flour and mix until well incorporated.
Bake on un-greased cookie sheets at 350 degree for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not over bake.
