1 cup butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp almond extract
2 eggs
2 ¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups diced dried mango
2 cups ground almonds
Cream butter, sugars, vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add salt and soda, mix well. Beat in flour. Add almonds and mango. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
