Our property is approximately 27 acres of beautiful. Your space sits up high on the property above the barn. Right in the middle of the gorgeous lady alpacas. You get the bird's eye view of the farm. Small but comfortable space for you to enjoy. All the comforts of home included. Everything you need except for your food. Feel free to Rome the barn and the property while you are here. The animals love having guests as much as we do. Visit our alpaca gift shop while you’re here.
The Space
Please note winter is a different experience from summer as you will have potable water and a professionally cleaned outhouse.
You're welcome to walk the entire property except for hunting season. The farm sits on approximately 27 acres. Our property has a beautiful piece of woods to walk with plenty of trails to keep you occupied. Also, a fresh-water spring that runs year round for you to enjoy.
Other things to note
Our winters can be tough here, but we welcome guests year round. Please note that the RV is not fully functional from Nov. 1 until early spring. As your host we try to make you as comfortable as possible. Your RV is heated of course. With working appliances. We bring you potable water in clean 7 gallon jugs for cleaning up. And, we provide a private, cleaned professionally once a week, OUT HOUSE for the winter months.
Our farm is 20 plus years of Ted and I working. We have worked hard on producing a place that is not only beautiful but serves a purpose, planting many varieties of things. Such as blueberry bushes, cherry trees, plum trees, pears trees, and grapes not to mention a serious garden each year. Depending on your stay and what Is ripe, our guests may help themselves to anything that is ripe.
