The AlpacaRosa is best known for producing very fine fleeced showring winners at affordable prices and backed up with relentless 24/7 support (2006 Resv Small Breeder of the Year). We specialize in starting up new farms (over 20 new farms) and have helped our customers by selling OVER 40 of THEIR alpacas over the years! Our numbers dont lie, We have the experience to help put new breeders on the fast track to profitability. When visiting a potential mentor farm, ask them, " how many clients' alpacas have you sold for them?".....the answer will be very telling......We have sold over 290 alpacas and have earned over 60 Championships.... and have gained the experience to know what sells!... We believe in teaching new farms the tools to "buy and breed " with a marketing focus. In otherwords , we will teach you what genetic traits to breed for that will actually make it easier for you to SELL. This is a fine art that we have mastered and are willing to share with our customers.

Our breeding efforts focus on lingering fineness & champion Peruvian/Accoyo bloodlines of color. We are one of the rare farms that have experienced success with both the suri AND huacaya breeding programs ( so feel comfortable shopping for both breeds at The AlpacaRosa). When you come visit the AlpacaRosa, be sure to insist on veiwing some of our champions like our incredible 12X Champions, suri herdsire Crown Prince or insist on feeling our 16 year old Elise who Still maintains Ultra fine 19AFD uniform fleece which most crias dont exhibit. We learned many years ago, that to make champions and ultra fine alpacas, you must start with top DAMS ( ask to see some of our champion dams when you visit). Awarded 2006 Resv. We have a wonderful mentorship program which teaches much more than the typical husbandry skills. Our program will guide you through your strategic buying and breeding decisions that will give you insight to our industry and insure you are successful in this great industry. Priority #1 is making great breeding decisions with MARKETING focus (one can make excellent alpacas, but if they are not marketable, it leads to failure).
