Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, disease-free source of meat for your family.
After 11 years of trying to develop the perfect Alpine dairy goat, we are making some drastic changes! We're finally making the switch to raise meat goats and will eventually add hair sheep. Our 'new' goal is to provide your family with a safe, clean source of meat. We have started our new herd of Kiko-type Savanna cross goats. For our first few years we will be building up the herd - some kdis will be available, including most bucks, and possible some does.
Farm Terms & Financing
A $100 deposit will reserve your Dreamcatcher Meadow kid. It is best to reserve your kid as soon as possible, in case reservations fill up. First deposit received = first kid reserved. Scheduled breedings are subject to change until the doe is confirmed pregnant. Any monies placed toward animals already born including kids and mature goats is considered a "down payment" and is not refundable. It is best to choose a second choice, when possible. If the goat you ordered is not born, you have the option to transfer the reservation to a different animal, receive a refund in full of the deposit, or holy the reservation to the following year. Deposits and payments are not refundable simply because you changed your mind.
No animal can be held without a deposit. Keep in touch with us, don't disappear from the face of the planet. We need to be able to contact you about birth announcements and kid choices available. Payment in full is due within 10 days of your kid being born.
Alpine, Kiko, Savanna Goats
We have started to cross-breed our registered Alpine goats with commercial Savanna/Spanish bucks. This has in essence created our own line of Kiko-type goats. We have 4 Alpine does and 3 "kiko" yearlings bred to kid in 2024. Some kids will be available, and some will be retained for the herd.
