Retirement is on the Horizon!
I've been breeding quality fiber in both Huacaya and Suri since 2003, mostly in Colorado. I continued my showing and breeding program after moving to Oregon, but after a few short years, decided to start slowing down.
I have a smaller herd, some living their own retirement, some still production-worthy but not getting their chance to shine as foundation stock. If you're in the market, this is the time to play "let's make a deal"!
Fineness, luster, density and uniformity...that's what drove Tapestry Farm Alpaca's breeding program. It was that focus on the next level of quality fiber and maintaining a solid foundation of stellar conformation that kept me reaching out to diversify the bloodlines. That was why Tapestry Farm continued to develop its diverse group of herd sires, all from known bloodlines and all award-winning.
Tapestry Farm Alpacas is still active in the promotion and sale of fiber - huacaya and suri.
Tapestry Farms is located in Molalla, Oregon and is dedicated to everything camelid - huacayas, suris and Argentine llamas. I welcome farm visits and can help you plan your farm and herd goals.
I support flexible no-interest Finance Plans whether you're just starting your herd or building diversity.

Retirement Sale
It's that time we all come to. The countdown to retirement. And with that comes downsizing - the critters, the farm, my work life, pretty much everything!
I'm in the process of reducing pricing on my herd, as well as reviewing each animal - their age, their health and which ones still has what it takes to be in a production herd.
I'll be adding an additional 10% discount on package sales of 2 or more through 2021.
