Our love to preserve our heritage in saving Ohio barns led us to raising alpacas. Seeing how the past in farming is important to preserve, we fell in love with the rare Suri Alpacas that was kept for the Inca Royalty. We purchased our herd from one of the best Suri Breeders.
In 2012, these Suri Alpacas have proven themselves in the show rings. Starting at the Buckeye going to the Nationals with the Accoyo herd sires winning first place that was the start of Alpaca Darlyn's Suri Farm.
In March 2016, Darlyn Marcella Delight took Reserve Champion at the Nationals In Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is beautiful dark fawn with dam and sire winning Reserve Champions during their show circuit. Her sire is full Accoyo and dam are Reserve Champions.
For our logo we proudly display The Ohio Star Barn Quilt, which dates back to the early 1800's.
The mother, Arequipa is full Accoyo an import from Peru along with one of her crias. Full Accoyo Ariel is one of Arequipa's daughters. Ariel has two girls and one young sire on the Alpaca Darlyn's Suri Farm. We are dedicated to breeding only the best Suri Alpacas.
We invite you to our farm to see how Suri Alpacas can be a part of your farm and experience the companionship of the Amazing Alpacas.
