About our farm
We raise a small herd of fiber alpacas in South Central Kentucky just 2 hours south of Louisville and 3 hours north of Nashville Tennessee. Barnett's Creek runs right through our property and thus the name for the farm was born. Located in the holler near the Adair & Casey county lines, we are secluded on 60 acres of combined pasture and woodland.
We NO LONGER sell alpacas and our business model is now focusing strictly on producing fiber for products for our farm store, event sales and other online platforms. We are only breeding a few of our girls and only doing that every year or two so that we can continue to have a fine lower micron fiber that the younger alpacas produce. ALL fiber has a use and all our alpacas will live on our farm until it's time to move over that rainbow bridge.
If you wish to buy products or learn about how we use all our fiber, please visit our website or our farm store at KYFARMSTORE.COM

Small Fiber Producers
Raising quality alpacas to provide fiber and products is what we do each and every day. A quiet remote location gives us and our alpacas peace of mind to grow and nurture this continuously growing industry. We are proud to be a member of our National Organization and Our local affiliate. We also are a participant in The Kentucky Fiber Trail. We are a Kentucky Proud/Appalachian Proud certified location.
