Welcome to Tompkins Alpaca Pride
We are Marty and Julie Tompkins who have been raising alpacas since 2003. Our farm of 7.5 acres is in northern Black Forest, 10 miles east of Monument Hill. We have retired and currently have 3 males to rehome.
Our main goal is to inform others about the value of alpaca ownership and their wonderful luxurious fiber and end products for the future of our alpaca industry.
OTHER BENEFITS to owning alpacas: they are easy to care for, calm animals, small acreage requirements, good investment and great tax advantages!
Our Casablanca's Bogart placed 1st in his white color group at the Alpaca Owners & Breeders Association National Show 2011 in the spin-off competition. His fiber also won judge's choice at the Fall Fest spinoff in Colorado, 2010 where the judge commented his fiber would be wonderful for lace yarn.
HERD REDUCTION,: offering a very reduced price to a good home willing to take all 3 males!
PRODUCTS: Our alpaca farm store has numerous products. Contact us at 719-499-2440 to visit.
