Lark brings exciting dairy lines to our herd! His dam Eclipse has strong milk production and was on MDGA's top ten list in 2020- 2022. #2 for milk weight and #8 for butterfat weight in 2021. His sire Conquering Flame comes from heavy milk lines in the nubian world and combines them with excellent conformation and well attached udders!
Lark is staying nice and small. He already has nice width. We're especially looking forward to watching his daughters develop! Thanks, Eliya for allowing us to add this buck to our herd!

Flame's dam is sired by a hugely influential Nubian buck, SG Six M Galaxy Noel's Comet ++*B, multi-time elite sire! Comet is the son of Six M Galaxy Nova’s Sonia Noel 10*M who is just as famous as her son. Genesis carries on that MILKY legacy and milked 3140# last year on 305 day test and peaked at 20# of milk!!! And she carries all that milk extremely well which is a hard combination to find. Her udder is high, well attached with a great medial. She also has a strong will to milk. Flame's sire is finished virtual champion, VCH Mistwood LJJ Jacobs Java who I have been watching since he first escaped and bred a Nubian without permission which brought the attention of the MiniNubian world to him. LOL. He has gorgeous general appearance with a strong level topline, excellent width and depth of body with great width and strong feet and legs. VERY excited to see what Flame does in our herd! He is a 1st generation 50/50, so has airplane ears, but I can work with that in order to bring in all the other incredible traits he offers. :) "

Eliya writes of Eclipse "ECLIPSE is an amazing doe although she is NOT photogenic. Eclipse has a ton of capacity and is one of our heaviest milkers giving over 1500# a year. Her rear udder is super high. She is VERY easy to milk. Her teats are longer than ideal, but very easy to milk with large orifices, so we are happy. She is a favorite one to milk here as it only takes a few moments to milk her completely. She is a phenomenal milker and lives up to her highly productive heritage. She is linebred on one of the most amazing MiniNubian does who has become a legend among MiniNubian breeders: VMCH Echo Hill's Molly O'Malley 2*P. Eclipse's dam's udder was everything I breed for: Incredible capacity, excellent teat placement, high, wide rear udder, well extended and smoothly blended foreudder, correct udder shape and TONS of milk peaking at 10# as a 2nd freshener! Eclipse was been slower to mature, but bloomed as a 2nd freshening 3 year old with amazing production and filled out much more. She has very nice breed character with long pendulous ears and a very roman nose. She has a lovely topline with sharp, tight withers, a strong chine, and a long, wide, level and flat rump (although it almost NEVER looks right in photos!). Eclipse has a sweet, quiet personality. In fact, her voice is so soft that occasionally, she will 'maa' and no sound comes out. LOL."
