Triby was one of the first llamas we ever brought home to the farm, so it seems fitting that his official registry name is Trial By Fire. Over the years, we shortened it to just Triby. When we first met, he was young and skittish. A memory I have is of him freaking out anytime I tried to take a selfie with him- he wasn't having anything to do with it! Over the years with lots of training, Triby has matured into a steadfast hiking partner who we can rely on to lead by example. He's a great listener and enjoys people talking to him on the trail. And now he doesn't shy away from the camera at all!!
He is the half brother to our female, Luda (they share the same sire).
