We have used Lance extensively on our small farm, and now it's time for him to find a new herd. We have retained 3 or 4 daughters who will be put on milk test, so there is potential for Lance to earn his +B! Sir Lancelot is a stunning purebred F7 mini nubian. Pixie is a small F1 mini nubian (23" as a 2 1/2 year old) with good dairy strength and a distinct dairy wedge shape to her body. She is maturing very nicely as a two year old! I love her excellent body capacity and strength of chine. Her rear udder height and capacity is quite improved from her ff udder. Her udder attachments are fairly snug and her medial is quite distinct. Her teats are on the short side, but her udder's buttery texture and open orifices make milking easy. She consistently gave 6 lb a day as a first freshener, and as a 2yr old, she is giving 9 lb. a day! She certainly has the will to milk! At 150 days fresh she has met the production requirements to earn her milk star!
