Description
Griffin exhibits great fleece with a nice handle, a bold crimp style and uniformity throughout his blanket. He is a true black with just a couple spots of brown which can easily be removed from the blanket for processing, if desired.
Griffin currently resides with several breeding males and holds his own in the group. He would be better with one or several males, he doesn't like to be alone.
If you're looking to add some black to your fiber herd, starting a fiber herd or looking for a male to be a companion to your herdsire, Griffin would be a nice selection. And his fiber mixed with white fiber produces a stunning grey yarn!
Griffin has a great personality, is easy to work with and literally "flips" for summer baths!
Griffin has been gelded.
Griffin stands as our Fiber Herd Representative. He's just the tip of the iceberg for other available males (gelded & non-gelded) who would make great fiber, 4H or companion animals. Various colors from white to black, suri and huacaya.
