We believe BIS is genetically a BLACK in the body of a fawn. Almost all of his crias are two shades darker than their dams!!!
We selected and purchased Best in Show when he was 6 weeks old to be the future of our breeding program. We believe that he is truly exceptional and one of the best animals in the U.S. today.
BIS's sire, Jericho, is the young gun male at the heart of Magical Farm's breeding program. Best in Show is among Jericho's first crop of exceptional crias. Jericho is the product of Dakotia (Bueno line) and Jean (Don Julio line). Jericho's crias have done outstandingly well in the show ring to date.
BIS's mother, Briseis, is a lovely fawn daughter of Accoyo Royal Fawn. Her dam Bete is also an outstanding female. Briseis and Bete are two of Libby Forstner's personal foundation females.
This fusion of Royal Fawn and Bueno lines is just about as good as it gets.
