Description

One of our favorites on the farm, Kiska is a delight to have in our herd. Her structure and bone are just perfect and her fleece is a lovely color with shine,fineness, good crimp and a lovely handle. Kissy's sire is an award winning silver gray Aussie Rockford son, Bailey's Dante. Her dam is our own girl maker, Pacifica's Katinka. Although Kissy's coloring is fawn, she has a couple of gray spots on her as well as the kind of markings on her face which would indicate that she could easily throw a gray cria. To that end, we bred her to Island Bliss's Fuego del Norte, another ribbon winner and son of The Rebel and Kissy didn’t disappoint.


On June 10th, Kiska gave birth to a beautiful female cria, who we think will end up as a light rose gray but she has so much silver on her that it’s hard to tell where she’s going to end up colorwise. But – no matter! To say we are excited about this little girl is an understatement!
