Description

Jonathan is a stunning male sired by our multi-champion Big Timber Kahuna's Josef and out of our super stud female, Aphrodite by Accoyo High Roller, now owned by Jackie King of Suri and Co. Jonathan exhibits the best suri traits from his parents: luster, fineness, uniformity of micron across his blanket and density. His genetics are consistently in the top 1-5% EPDS for fiber traits.

Jonathan won two Championships in the 2022 IFA Fleece Shows. His fleece is very uniform across the blanket along with great fineness relative to his density. He won an Advance Fleece Award at the 2022 PNAA Fleece Show under senior judge Amanda VandenBosch, with a score of 80. His fleece uniformity and luster scores are almost perfect across the board. When you look at his fleece scorecards, this male truly has it all.

Jonathan was ranked #5 of all suri males for total points won in fleece shows in the 2022-23 show year.

His uniformity, fineness and luster fleece scores are tops!

Dr. Norm Evans performed a biopsy on Jonathan in July 2024. His density is 58 with fiber clusters very uniform in size, shape and placement. His secondary/primary ratio is 12.8 to 1 and his average AFD is 23.97.

Jonathan is a strong framed male with good bone and conformation. He is definitely herdsire material.
