Mia is a beautiful dam with nice genetics behind her and has proven she will produce beautiful, show-quality offspring. Being one of our largest girls we refer to her as our gentle giant.
At 7 years old, Mia’s histogram boasted an AFD of 25.2 and a standard deviation of 4.5. Her fleece is still soft with ample length and still shows crimp. The yarn we spun from her 2016 shear shocks people when we tell them it’s from a 12 year old, still amazingly soft.
Mia is full Peruvian (7/16 Accoyo; 7/16 Alianza; 2/16 Sollocota) from a bloodline that looks more like the *who's who* list of great Accoyo males in the U.S. Her bloodline includes PPeruvian Caligula G4572, PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014, PPPeruvian Cordero 6002, and PPeruvian Pluro.
