Spring is always a season that I look forward to. It means that the short, freezing days are staying light longer, the air is beginning to warm, pastures are turning green once again, and best of all the yak are beginning to shed their luxurious fiber! When yak start to shed, they get really itchy, when this happens they look forward for daily visits where I get to scratch, comb and love on them!
