After-transport cleaning
After every transport we spend a day cleaning the trailer to ensure that it's ready for the next trip. Alpacas and llamas are less resistant to parasites than sheep, goats or other livestock so a clean trailer is essential. We strip the bedding, spray the interior down with disinfectant and then pressure wash it. Once the inside is clean then we wash down the outside so it looks nice and shiny going down the road!
