NGG Cahuide's Smokey Bear is a Bay Black son of Accoyo Cahuide and is out of a True Black dam with several generations of True Black behind her. He continues to have buttery soft fleece with good character, density and lock structure. His fleece is very uniform throughout and has very little medullated fiber with age. It's his short, wedge shaped, wooly head that first catches your eye. Followed by his very straight topline, front, and rear with full leg coverage to his toes.
NGG Cahuide's Smokey Bear was awarded a BLUE RIBBON at the 2001 Alpacapalooza Show over the top 2001 AOBA National Black male Champion, under judge Susan Tellez.
Susan Tellez states "This male has a wonderful correct head, excellent conformation, and has very soft, bright, crimpy fleece with great coverage. This is the type of male we should all be breeding for."
He is the perfect choice for those who want fineness and dark color without compromising on correct conformational traits.
