Snowmass Royal Knight is the spitting image of his sire, Snowmass Royal Bronze, only he is a True Black! PERFECT! Like his sire he has extremely FINE fiber over his entire body. If you can imagine a vicuna, with fine black fleece covering its whole body and having a long staple length, you can envision Snowmass Royal Knight.

His Dam is a COLOR CHAMPION purchased from Bruce Bar, a dedicated alpaca importer who brought some of the world's finest alpacas from South America to the US. Panam's Chilean Rose produced 2 color Champions then one TRUE BLACK gift from ROYAL BRONZE.

Snowmass Royal Knight was one of the highly select black alpacas in the Snowmass Elite Black breeding program. Royal Knight's son's are now servicing colored SM Matrix offspring at Snowmass. That's referral enough for most of us!

Royal Knight has proven to be extremely valuable in infusing FINENESS into our breeding program. We truly need many more Blacks like Royal Knight in the National Breeding program to ensure the alpaca world can bring black to the same quality in fiber as white.
