Jamocha is a nice compact male with long staple length, nice crimp, and very soft, dense fleece. He has a very gentle nature and is very approachable. Yarn made from his fleece is soft and luxurious.He is the son of multiple blue winning Peruvian Black Legacy. Jamocha earned his own 4th place ribbon in halter at the 2009 Royal Alpaca Challenge in Conyers, GA when he was only 6 months. Furthermore, in November of 2011, he received a 3rd place ribbon in halter at the Royal Alpaca Challenge. Jamocha has begun his breeding career and his first cria (baby) should be born in April of 2013. He is bred to our sweet Noelle whose fleece is a beautiful beige color. Noelle's dad is the multiple blue winning Julius Jax who fleece is also beige.
UPDATE#1: First cria was born on April 29, 2013. Her name is Jerae's Vanilla Mist AKA Misty. She has a very sweet disposition and loves people. Her white fleece is soft and fluffy with a splash of vanilla color (like the Pure Vanilla used for cooking) on her head and legs.
UPDATE#2: His second cria was born on September 25, 2013. Her name is Jerae's Autumn Joy. She is truly a little 'Bundle of Joy' with lots of energy to run and play with Misty plus two other young females. Her fleece is a soft, curly medium brown color.
UPDATE #3: Jamocha's third cria was born on October 8, 2013. His name is Jerae's Tobias AKA Toby. He is a little light weight at 13 lbs 14 oz but is very alert plus nursing well and running.
