Delphi's Elphi is a daughter of the renowned Aussie .38 Special, and Summer Ember, currently our very best producing dam.

Elphi is likely to be the overall best silver grey female, of her generation, shown this year in the U.S;
we could not be more proud of this lovely girl.

Oh it was fun to show Elphi!
At just over 6 months of age she was awarded 1st Place & Color Champion at TxOLAN.
At her second show - she won 1st Place & Reserve Champ at Mopaca, the CC going to a rose grey beauty. Her third show was The Futurity, where she was chosen for Reserve Champion! This time she was placed above the Mopaca champion, and the champion placed above her was a modern grey yearling.
Finally, at the fourth and final show of her juvenile year, she was awarded another 1st in a class of 11 (per Jude, "the Clear winner") at GWAS.
Shorn at 9 months of age, her fleece revealed a histogram of:
AFD 17.1 / SD 3.8 / CV 22.1 / CF 100%.

Miss Photogenic - so full of presence - and she has a face that would melt an iceberg.
Plus just as sweet as can be - - - and did we mention her fleece?
High frequency, extremely well defined crimp on a soft soft handle.
Uniform, bright with consistency everywhere on her body.
I think the judges were most impressed with the extension of that style wherever they looked.

Her mom Summer was awarded her 4th fleece championship, for her 7th fleece. Yes - her Seventh Fleece! Elphi's dad is the one and only Aussie .38 Special, now closed for outside breedings.
