Kennsington is a very handsome solid male by one of the premier gray herdsires in the U.S. - Peruvian Macusani. He was never shown (but should have been)last owners didn't show their alpacas. Kennsington is conformationally sound and strong in bone with a nice tipsy head, square body, and has a sweet gentle temperment that he passes on to his offspring. His fleece displays a medium frequency crimp, between medium/dense density, very uniform and a very soft handle at 8 years old, Tim Lavan's(alpaca judge) report on Kenszy 1/28/06, not bad for an older herdsire. This lovely male should be working! If you are interested in breeding for gray and black and would like the strong genetics of Macusani in your breeding program, Kennsington may be your man.
