17 time 1st, 2nd, 3rd , or Championship winner! Comments are always the same: awesome fleece!!!***
Full Peruvian, 3/8 ACCOYO, Dark Fawn, blue ribbon winning herdsire! He's got it all: unparalleled fineness (16 MICRON COUNT @ a year old!), high frequency crimp, luxurious handle, outstanding density, great conformation, & superior lineage.
Many have been mesmerized by the soft handle of Admiral's fleece, commonly uttering " This is the softest fleece I've ever touched!" AOBA judges are consistently impressed by his fleece, commonly calling him the "finest fleeced in the class". He has maintained this fineness even as a breeding herdsire, WOW! Combine this with his bundling high frequency crimp, Accoyo density, and great conformation, and it is no wonder his cria are looking the way they are: awesome!
His background is the real amazing story. His lineage includes, Accoyo Camillo, Accoyo Royal Fawn, Peruvian Magnum (National Champion, Peruvian Camelot, and PPPeruvian Misty Maiden, commonly referred to as "The Dam of the Century". Just prior to a recent new record, she held the all time high auction price for females at $205,000. Misty Maiden has been bred 8-9 times, each time with a different Service Sire and each time has produced Champions. That means the outstanding genetics are in her blood line. Misty's offspring/grand-offspring have dominated the show circuit since 1998. As of July 2006, the bloodline has earned over 60 championships & 70 blue ribbons. Every alpaca in his traceable lineage is either a champion themselves, or have produced champions!
Check out the pictures of Admiral's 2009 crias...Victoria and Hawkeye. Victoria is a beautiful brown female with that "Admiral head". Her fleece is gorgeous...dense and bright with nice character emerging. Hawkeye is a dark fawn male who also has the very typey "Admiral" head. His fleece is very fine showing consistent character. We have noticed all of our Admiral crias are friendly
