Description
Santana is a lovely medium fawn boy with about as good a pedigree as you can get.
On his sire's side you get Maple Brook Barnabus as a grandsire, along with Augusto, Hemingway, and Pachacuti genetics.
On his dam's side you have Victor's Hemiaccoyo Casanova as a grandsire, with Peruvian Victor (of course!), Hemingway, Show Me the Money and Royal Fawn added in.
Santana is a fleece machine. I can't believe how much he's grown out just since shearing. He is in the top 1% of EPD's for staple length in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
He has a wonderful disposition and is easy to handle. He's proven with a beautiful fawn girl on the ground. She is the strongest cria we have had--literally on her feet at 5 minutes old!
I will retain 5 breedings to him. I would not be selling him, but I keep my herd under 30 and we have a lot of cria coming next year.
