Haldane is a Hemingway son that will take your breath away! An outstanding example of top line genetics. His fleece is fine with an abundance of sheen and vitality, along with beautiful architecture. He is dense, has a silky soft handle and his coverage is head to toe. His namesake, Roger Haldane, is the original alpaca pioneer from Australia, who selected and owned Haldane's dam Esmeralda (from Rural Allianza, Macusani) whom he then had mated to Hemingway. The result if this thoughtful breeding is spectacular. Haldane's offspring are winning championships too! Not to mention he has done well with producing lots of girls! When bred to white we get white offspring, but when bred to color, often Haldane will let the dam's color genetics come through.
