We are thrilled to have Jet Set available at our farm for a limited time. Jet is a multiple show winner and color champion out of the well-known Avalon's Durango. Both his sire and dam are gray's. Jet has heavy bone on a beautifully correct frame covered with lustrous and crimpy black fiber. Additionally, he has that attribute we are all looking for in a breeding male- his fleece has retained it's fineness into his breeding years.
We have several of his cria on the ground here (mostly girls!) and he definitely passes the "goods" down to his offspring. Take a look at the photos - 3 of his 2011 cria from 3 TOTALLY different dams.
We have a limited number of outside breedings available to Jet. Our experience with him is that he gets the job done very effiiciently and the results are outstanding! We, like many farms, are breeding very selectively with an eye to the future and Jet is one of those males that has all the "Right Stuff".
We know money is tight and if you're going to do an outside breeding, you want to breed to a male that will add value to your herd into the future. Jet truly is one of those males.
