What can you say about the mother of one of our nation's premier Suri studs. Whirlwynd has given us two babies: HPR Alaskan Gold and HPR Sweet Seventeen. Alaskan Gold has an incredible show record that is too big to list here. He's been awarded Judges Choice twice, Champion 5x, 1st Place 13x, and 2nd place once. Sweet Seventeen is equal, if not superior to him!

Whirlwynd is a female that our farm cannot live without. She is currently not for sale. That may change over time, but not yet. We gave her a year's rest. She is currently open.

Whirlwynd has a decent show career, given the small number of shows to which she was taken. Her true value is in the breeding barn and birthing shed. Thank goodness for good alpaca moms!

Keep an eye on her son, Alaskan Gold. He just might be the next MacGyver!

PROUDLY CO-OWNED WITH ROGUE SURI ALPACAS AND TRIPLE H RANCH!

Alaskan Gold is more than we could have ever hoped for in a Suri male. He has an incredible show record with 11 - 1st Place wins, 5 - Championships, and was awarded the prestigious Judges Choice award twice!

Alaskan Gold is out of Whirlwynd and by the great Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar. His pedigree is dense! Density seems to elude many alpacas, even if they have nice fleece. Alaskan Gold sheared 13.4 lbs and ranked TOP 1% in BOTH Fleece Weight AND Staple Length for all EPD samples submitted in 2016! All of the judges he showed under gave credit to his fleece characteristics and appreciated his stout and straight conformation as well.

Alaskan Gold is already put some amazing crias on the ground so far and we anticipate many more to come! We can't wait to see what this boy can do and we know that other breeders are waiting to find out as well.
