Twilight is a very feminine-looking suri alpaca, covered with soft, fine locks. She has shine on top of shine. She is a rare maroon color with grey in her genes from both her sire and her dam. If bred to the right herdsire, she has a high probability of throwing grey crias. She has a curious, friendly disposition.
Twilight ribboned in a very competitive class at the MAPACA Jubilee in April 2004 and was 2nd in her class at the Great Frederick Fair in September 2003. She retired from the show ring and was bred to Shasta Spring's light rose grey herdsire - Admiral, producing a black male cria, King Cole. She was rebred back to Admiral and had a brown male, Gingerbread Man.
She was bred to a white, 3/4 Peruvian sire, PLA Louisville Slugger for her 2007 cria, another brown male, Georgie Porgie. Now, we are waiting for her 2008 cria from black Chocolate Moose.
