Snowmass Kingston's genetics are VERY limited in the United States. His sire, Peruvian Escobar, was sold to an Australian breeder (Snowmass sold him for $150K quite a few years ago to the same Australian breeder that purchased Snowmaster) and has left only 14 offspring in the United States, Kingston being one of them. Escobar, Kingston's sire, is a son of Peruvian Hemingway, who is Allianza, and is one of the finest and most respected of the Peruvian imports.
Kingston's Dam was imported from the Cchonchatanca cooperative breeding program of Peru, one of the most superior breeding programs in all of Peru and noted as one of the largest Champion winners in Peru shows. She was owned by Snowmass Alpacas and is currently owned by Cas-Cad-Nac Farm.
If you breed for the vicuna pattern, or if you want to add body size and fiber fineness to your herd, Kingston may be just what you are looking for. His first crias are on the ground - one male and 5 females!
