Light Fawn, 182767, Full Peruvian El Segundo de Royal Fawn may be light fawn, but his is a coat of many colors indeed. He has produced two true black female offspring in 2003, one of which sold at the AOBA National Conference Auction this past June to the folks at AlpacaStock in Michigan. His most famous daughter, Miss Clarice, took the 2003 Eastern Alpaca Jubilee and AOBA National Conference Show "double crown" color championships. In fact, Miss Clarice's dam is due here this week to re-breed to Segundo, and we are thrilled. Segundo's fleece has won just about every major, national fleece award there is -- and please note that the fleece picture on this page was taken on the day he turned seven years old, so the boy still has it. It certainly is hard to believe that he is already an elder statesman, but there you go. Segundo confers this fleece legacy to his offspring without exception and regardless of color. He is, of course, the son of the famous Ppperuvian Royal Fawn #6014.
