Patagonia's El Vasco has a championship show record due to his very stylish look and very dense (70 follicles SQMM) very soft (19 micron) very consistent (SP 13to1) fleece. El Vasco has a beautiful fleece that is fine and full of tight crimp. He has a beautiful head. Vasco is 1/2 brother to Kaspa, the 2003 AOBA grey champion male (same dam). He has sired well over 100 offspring.
El Vasco was sired by the famous, exotic modern grey Neruda. One of the industry's rare dark point grey's, Neruda sold for $205,000 making his genetics some of the most sought after in the country. El Vasco's dam, Melosa was sired by PPeruvian Pluro who made a name for himself in Peru, the United States and Australia. Pluro's breeding's were in high demand for his ability to pass on his incredible fleece coverage and large bone.
