8 Blue Ribbons! Dodger is a compact animal with fine fiber that exhibits a high frequency crimp and maintains great density. The 2017 TXOLAN Spin-Off judge said, "Just lovely! Soft, yet sturdy, bouncy, resilient... It can be worn against the skin. As is, perfect for socks, hats, mitts, sweaters, shawls." His 2017 TXOLAN Cottage Fleece judge said, "Soft handling fleece," and then gave him the blue for best of 3 in the class. He has a fleece that has little discernible difference in the primary & secondary fibers. Aubrey Oaks Alpacas has used him in 5 of their female breedings this year.

A typey head with a fine top-knot, beautiful characteristic ears, a perfectly straight top-line, wonderful coverage all the way to his feet all on big, strong bones. He even won 1st Place in the 2013 Futurity Small Breeders Challenge entered in the Halter Full Fleece Huacaya Dark Male as a Juvenile.
