Sadly, Chance was lost to an aneurism in Nov. 2009. His wonderful offspring will continue his line.
Chance was a full Peruvian, true black, proven male. His fleece density and consistent crimp, excellent coverage, proud bearing, and strong bone structure made him stand out from the usual dark herdsire choices. His true black color is non-fading and had a beautiful sheen rarely seen in full Peruvian blacks. His bloodline is rare in the U.S. because his sire resides in Canada and only 7 of his siblings are in the USA. They include black, silver gray, rose gray and dark brown. His dam, Columbine, has produced black, dark brown, and silver gray offspring. He had a very easy to handle personality, but was definitely in charge of his domain.
