Description
Ask an experienced breeder which Herdsires have had the greatest impact on the alpaca industry, and you will inevitably hear the names of PPeruvian Caligula, PPeruvian Victor, 4Peruvian Legacy and PCA Accoyo El Nino.
Accoyo Bentley's Banjo is an El Nino Grandson and the Great Grandson of Caligula. On the Dam side, he adds the exemplary genetics of Victor, Legacy. In addition, Banjo has "double-dipped" into the PPeruvian Victor genetic pool with this famous Herdsire on both his Sire's and Dam's side.
He exibits a fine fiber with a wonderful staple length, excellent density, brightness and crimp. This young male should be ready to start settling females this Spring. Now is the time to add his excellent genetics to your farm in advance of Spring breeding.
Banjo was the first cria horn on our farm and was only shown once. He is a very gentle male, easy to handle and has a wonderful personality. At 3 years of age, he is displaying a 21.4 AFD, and a 24.4 CV. If your farm is seeking the highest quality genetics, Bentley's Banjo is a must for your breeding program.
