Comments: "Almost a 5" staple; 10/10 for fineness, ease of preparation for spinning, and uniformity;
5/5 for hand, loft, brightness, and crimp (which was very uniform)."

Snow Legend is a Peruvian Snowmaster grandson and an Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star (I-Star) son.
Snowmaster genetics
are rare since he was sent to Australia, then re-imported into Peru,
one of the only U.S.-born herdsires back in Peru that we know of. His
son, Incaccoyo Star (I-star)
is now co-owned by Cas-cad-nac Farms and Tripping Gnome on the East
coast. Here's what they say: "I-Star is one of the few full-blooded
ACCOYO males to come out of his amazing sire [Snowmaster]. He has all
the fiber density, crimp, and fineness one would expect of his lineage.
His first crop of offspring were dominant in the showring in 2003,
winning several blue ribbons and championships across a range of colors
and his subsequent cria have proven that was no fluke." We have
personally checked out the next generation in Snow Legend and
are pleased with his fiber character and fineness (especially at 7
years!), lack of guard hair, conformation, wide chest and hindquarters,
head, and bite, and are eager to get breedings from him.
