Herd Liquidation Sale
After 8 wonderful years raising alpacas we have decided sell off most our herd. This was a difficult decision for us but due to financial concerns it has become necessary. Prices for all alpacas have been reduced for immediate sale. Not all of our alpacas have not been listed so if you don't see exactly what you're looking for please contact us.
Sunshine Daydream Alpacas, LLC was formed in 2005 to raise, breed, and sell Suri Alpacas and their fiber. We recently added several Huacayas to our herd. We are located in Lowell, MI on 10 acres with 7 acres fenced for pasture and three barns for the animals. We are a small farm offering full service to the alpaca industry and people new to alpacas including sales, breeding, agistment(boarding), brokering, and training services.
Currently, Sunshine has 20 alpacas and 4 guard llamas residing at the ranch. Our alpacas include 4 proven herdsires, all of which have produced blue ribbon winning crias. There are also 4 unproven herdsires who we believe will produce equal to or better than our other herdsires.
From the beginning our emphasis has been to breed the highest quality animals with a variety of colored fiber. The alpacas we offer are representative of those efforts. Sale animals include proven and unproven males and females of all ages and colors.
Animals boarded here are treated with the same excellent care and attention to detail as those that belong to us. All barns and pastures(weather permitting) are cleaned daily. The 7 acres of fenced pasture is divided into 10 smaller pastures which allows for constant grazing and regular pasture rotation throughout the spring, summer and fall. All animals receive Dr. Evans formula grain as well as free choice grass hay.
