Argonaut Farms Alpacas is located in Siskiyou County, near the base of Mt Shasta, in the beautiful foothills of Far Northern California. They say there's something magical about Mt. Shasta, and whether it's the clean air and marvelously pure water, or some other mysterious something; magic does happen here...

Alpacas thrive in this magical place, growing strong and tall. Athena, who was born in the spring of 2008, weighed in at a healthy 31.8 pounds! We weighed her 6 times that day on every different kind of scale we could find. The previous year, her "big" brother, Jason had only weighed 25.4 pounds. Ajax and Artemis Joy followed, coming in at 25 and 23 pounds, respectively.

Hurray! Their new little sister, Calypso, was just born - only 23 pounds. Her daddy is Theseus Rex, a true black, Sentinel son who has several ribbons to his name.

• Interest free financing for 12-18 months depending on the total purchase price. All financed purchases require a minimum 30% down.

• Build your own package and receive package discounts as well as discounts for cash purchases.

• 6 months free agistment (boarding) on all animals purchased to allow you time to get ready for your alpacas.

• Free delivery within 200 miles of Argonaut Farms Alpacas. Deliveries beyond 200 miles can be negotiated at the time of purchase.
