El Canto de Chile means Chilean song, and with impressive genes like these, we are certainly singing this magnificent male’s praises. El Canto is a magnificent looking stud with his proud stance, gorgeous head, perfect bite, even topline, long staple length, and incredible leg coverage. Once you look closer, opening up the fleece you reveal a lovely crimpy fleece that is soft and buttery, maintaining consistency and uniformity in micron and color. He has Top 15% EPDs in 2024!

El Canto’s grandsire is Patagonia’s Lennox, the best-known Patagonia herdsire with nearly 300 cria on the ground and having the most Color Champion offspring of any Patagonia sires. His sire is Judge's Choice and 8-time Champion, Patagonia's Ernesto. No wonder this son is as outstanding as he is.

El Canto’s dam is the 4x Champion and 17 ribbon winner (including 7x Produce of Dam), Patagonia’s Ingenue, who is our Patagonia matriarch. El Canto de Chile has exceptional progeny on the ground stamping out an amazing head, fine fleece, density, long staple length, consistency of micron, and more. You name it, his crias have it!
