Barney's Babe is a dark brown girl with lovely conformation and fine, crimped fleece for her dark color. Her first cria was a true black female who tragically died from an injury at a few days of age. Her second cria, Chukulati, (by our Stormcat), is a lovely dark brown girl who did fabulously well in the show ring, with 3 championships. This bay black girl really turned heads at her first show this fall--including the head of the judge, who awarded her a Blue Ribbon ahd the Black Color Championship her first time in the ring! Iquique (ee-KEY-kay) follows in the footsteps of her dark brown full sister, Chukulati, who took several championships and blue ribbons and is now happily pregnant (by Eclipse Alyst) on a ranch in Oregon.
Iquique has a perfect, squared conformation that she gets from her illustrious black sire, Dundee's AJ Stormcat--also known for his retention of fineness and perfect teddy-bear head, She has bright, BRIGHT black fleece with a lovely soft handle and nicely defined bundling. And who can resist that "Got Milk?" face?
