    Sire:
    K-2
        |
White, 813240, Full Peruvian At five years of age, K-2's fleece has the characteristics of extreme lock structure verging on bundling. Crimp is tactile and consistent and the luster is breath-taking. Even in a dark barn, K-2's fleece is readily identified as an elite fleece. If you ever wondered how to breed for that high frequency crimp with luster and tiny, discreet bundles, well, here is a boy who can throw this. The consistency of his offspring is the real proof -- watch the show-ring for the K-2 kids. They are turning heads! Shorn, K-2 carries an elegance of proportion and a head that cannot be outclassed -- his fluidity of motion is pure poetry. But ask to see his fleece -- and you will see the reason why this boy will be a household name in years to come! K-2 is now down in Western PA but our examples of his offspring continue to be among our very finest, both white and colored.

    VA Emily
        |
Medium Fawn, 830538 Here is Emily, my medium fawn Hemingway daughter. When I bought her, I did not even look at her birthdate -- I saw her fleece with all its wonderful character and extreme brightness and bundling qualities and I thought, well that's pretty nice. When I realized that she had retained all this character but was a 1997 model, well, I was doubly sure I wanted her in my program. After all, if your dam's fleece is that good after that number of years, you are passing on excellent genetics to those offspring. Emily was bred to K-2 when I bought her, and she produced a stunning medium fawn male who looks like his sire right down to his ear-set, but in a lovely color. K-2's Taupe Secret recently sold to LA-Ranch in Ohio as a future stud male. Emily's latest boy is out of my Caligula's Casanova. Casanova's Boomer Sooner is another taupey colored fellow with his sire's signature fiber head. When one considers that this little fellow's grandfathers are Caligula and Hemingway,

    Description

Taupey is a medium fawn son of K-2 out of a Hemingway daughter, so he is 3/4 Alianza in origin. He has the characteristic bright, high frequency crimped, fleece that is consistent to and past the stifle. His conformation is superb, and his coverage is to the toes. K-2, for the uninitiated, has all the fleece characteristics of Hemingway and there are those of us who expect his name will be synonymous in the coming years with Hemingway's. If you have seen both Hemingway and K-2, you will be hard-pressed to think they are not of the same line. K-2 has had the primary/secondary follicle test and his ratio of secondary to primary fibers was 12 to 1, ranking him one of the best in the US on this score.

    Financing Terms

We like to tailor financing to meet the needs of our clients, so we do not have set terms. Everyone has a different set of parameters, just as they do different goals, so a 'one size fits all' approach just makes no sense when talking financing terms.
